Mechanical & CAD Design
For Industrial Machinery
We design machine frames, structures, workstations, and tooling so they are ready for manufacturing and integration with automation and aligned with safety requirements.
Our engineers work in leading CAD/CAE tools — Siemens NX, SolidWorks, Inventor, and EPLAN — connecting mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical hardware into one coherent engineering package for industrial environments.

01.
3D/2D Design
We create 3D models of mechanical structures for machines, lines, and assembly workstations to help you verify:
-
Concepts and layouts
-
Collisions and clearances
-
Ergonomics and maintenance access
Based on the 3D models, we prepare complete 2D documentation:
-
Manufacturing and assembly drawings
-
Bills of materials (BOMs)
-
Files for cutting/machining
All documentation is prepared in line with industry standards and your plant requirements, so your internal team or chosen supplier can move smoothly into fabrication.
02.
Pneumatic Design
We design pneumatic systems for machines and stations — from component selection to integration:
-
Sizing and selection of cylinders, valves, and accessories
-
Pneumatic schematics and diagrams
-
Integration with the mechanical design and control system
We pay attention to standards, safety functions, and clear labeling so assembly, service, and troubleshooting are straightforward for your maintenance team.
03.
Hardware Design (EPLAN)
We develop electrical hardware designs in EPLAN tailored to each machine and its mechanical structure:
-
Control panels and enclosures
-
Distribution boards and field boxes
-
Wiring, I/O interfaces, and connection diagrams
We deliver electrical schematics, cable lists, device lists, and terminal plans so your panel builders and electricians have a complete, consistent set of data, and future modifications or system expansions can be made without creating chaos in the documentation.
What You Gain as a Client
-
One design partner responsible for 3D/2D mechanics, pneumatics, and EPLAN hardware — no finger-pointing between multiple suppliers.
-
Build-ready documentation for manufacturing, assembly, and acceptance testing (including later FEA, safety reviews, and, where required, CE-related files), helping your team or integration partner shorten the time from concept to commissioning
Scope of Work
01.
3D design of machine and station structures (frames, guarding, brackets, assembly and test fixtures).
02.
3D design of tooling and ergonomic workstations adapted to your process and layout constraints.
03.
Complete 2D documentation: manufacturing drawings, assembly drawings, and BOMs.
04.
Supporting files for fabrication and integration (e.g., STEP, DXF, export files for cutting and machining), aligned with your internal standards.
